Data-driven management is an ever increasing focus for business, civil society organizations, governments, and higher education institutions around the world. Complex institutions like universities need data to inform and measure their strategy and operations. Low-cost technology makes data collection, storage, and manipulation easier than ever before. But it takes more than technology to make data a real asset for decision making.
